Job Title : Senior COBOL Mainframe Developer (IBM DB2, JCL, MQ-Series, Government Taxation Systems)

Location : Albany, NY(Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications :

• Experience working with a Government Taxation organization, including technical design, development, maintenance, and end-user support of Tax and Revenue Accounting Systems.
• Skilled in systems analysis and design for multi-tiered transactional systems.
• Proficient in Java programming within IBM environments using Rational Application Developer (RAD) IDE and deploying applications on WebSphere Application Server (WAS).
• Hands-on experience with IBM AIX DB2 databases, including design and maintenance.
• Knowledgeable in IBM MVS JCL for mainframe operations.
• Experience working with IBM MQ-Series for messaging and integration.
• Proficient with TSO (Time Sharing Option) in mainframe environments.
• Experienced with CICS (Customer Information Control System) for transaction processing in mainframes.
• Skilled in COBOL programming within IBM mainframe environments.
• Strong background in preparing technical design specification documents for complex, component-based systems.
