**Job Title: Production Supervisor** **Job Description** The Production Supervisor plays a key role in directing daily operations for finished goods, with a focus on palletizing and ensuring timely, accurate order fulfillment. This role requires a strong attention to detail, effective leadership, and a commitment to quality and safety standards. **Responsibilities** + Monitor hourly production metrics, including case counts, to ensure targets are achieved. + Read and execute the daily run plan accurately to meet operational goals. + Provide hands-on training and guidance to both new hires and returning team members on equipment and workflow procedures. + Enforce adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and all company safety policies. + Maintain a professional, respectful demeanor in all communications with staff. + Collaborate with the supervisor by promptly reporting any employee-related issues or concerns. **Essential Skills** + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. + Ability to stand for long periods of time, including reaching, bending, and turning. + Ability to work in cold and wet environments. + Clear communication skills with other leads or supervisors. + Ability to climb stairs and platforms. + Ability to watch fast-moving conveyors without getting sick. + Leadership experience preferred. + Good verbal and written communication skills, preferred bilingual Spanish/English. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in inventory control, cycle counts, and inventory management. + Familiarity with ERP systems. + Experience in production supervision and management. + Commitment to continuous improvement. **Work Environment** The work environment is fast-paced and involves working in a manufacturing environment **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
