Job Details:

Land Surveyor

• 3+ years of management experience in land surveying
• Florida PLS or ability to obtain licensure within one year
• Track record managing large-scale survey projects, field crews, and licensed surveyors
• Excellent written/verbal communication with clients and teams
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior staff
• Strong skills in project scope, scheduling, and fee development
• Proficient with Trimble Business Center and Civil 3D
• Experience in public works, energy, water/wastewater, or land development
• Familiarity with Central Florida municipalities
