We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experienced ServiceNow Business Process Analyst that will lead business requirements meetings with Government stakeholders and work closely with the Scrum Master, Project Manager and Development teams.
• The Business Process Analyst will be experienced with using agile methodologies, customer relationship management, professional written and verbal communications, project management, and risk management best practices.
• The Business Process Analyst will be collaborating with Program and Project Leadership and client stakeholders to align organizational business needs, policies, and government directives.
• The Business Process Analyst should have holistic experience in the overall ServiceNow Platform and its core capabilities with a focus on Generative AI Now Assist, Employee Center Portal, Human Resource Service Delivery, Workspaces, Workflows, and understanding the functionality of the ServiceNow Platform to be able to lead customers in transitioning their manual business processes to the ServiceNow Platform.
• The Business Process Analyst should have experience in conducting demo's to showcase ServiceNow capabilities and functionality.
• A subject matter expert with the ability to translate government business processes to ServiceNow out of the box (OOTB) functionality.
• The ability to showcase the benefits of using ServiceNow or their day-to-day business needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience
• ServiceNow Certifications such as NowAssist, Employee Center, Business Process Consultant, and System Administrator are preferred

Physical and Mental Qualifications:

• Maintain focus and awareness throughout scheduled working hours.
• Perform tasks requiring prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk, utilizing a computer, mouse, and keyboard.
• Lift and move objects weighing up to 15 pounds as needed.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
• Quickly learn and retain routine tasks and processes.
• Possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, business correspondence proficiency, and self-management capabilities.
• Perform the essential functions of the role satisfactorily; reasonable accommodation will be provided for employees with disabilities upon request.
• Accept and adapt to additional responsibilities or changes to assigned duties as determined by DirectViz Solutions (DVS).
