Are you an experienced warehouse or logistics supervisor ready to lead inventory control and compliance processes for a fast-paced operation?

We’re hiring a hands-on leader to drive performance, improve systems, and support a collaborative team culture in a high-volume warehouse environment.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily inventory activities and ensure all records are accurate and audit-ready

• Support and enforce import/export compliance and documentation best practices

• Conduct periodic audits and resolve issues tied to trade compliance or inventory discrepancies

• Analyze warehouse performance metrics and drive improvements in productivity and quality

• Coach and lead warehouse team members while promoting safety and morale

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in supply chain and logistics

• Optimize staffing levels and minimize overtime to meet demand

• Maintain a clean, professional, and compliant work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, or production setting

• Proven ability to manage people, processes, and systems with a sharp attention to detail

• Familiarity with customs documentation and international shipping records

• Experience using WMS systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Able to work flexible hours and physically active during the shift

• Degree preferred but not required if experience aligns
