Description
We are looking for an experienced salesperson who will lead our growth in the US market. You should be ambitious, self-motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about making financial data more accessible, all to enhance our clients knowledge about their customer base aiming to deliver a better customer experience. You will be the person on the ground responsible for identifying and closing sales opportunities in the US. Ideally, you have proven experience selling financial products in the US and a strong understanding of the market and industry trends.
Roles and responsibilities
Prospect and generate opportunities with banks or financial institutions in the US market, using a combination of inbound/outbound methods, market research and networking.
Develop strong relationships with current and prospective clients by understanding their needs and offering customized financial solutions that add value to their business.
Present and demonstrate Prometeo's products and services effectively, highlighting their key features and benefits.
Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals, ensuring that established sales targets are met and exceeded.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies and sales campaigns targeting the US market.
Keep abreast of market trends, developments, and relevant regulations to adapt sales strategies and maintain the company's competitiveness.
Record and maintain up-to-date sales information in the company's CRM system, providing regular reports on the progress and results of sales activities.

What we expect from you
At least 5 to 10 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the US financial or fintech sector.
Strong knowledge of the open banking market, including its characteristics, trends, competitors and regulations.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong business relationships.
Results-oriented, with a proven track record of success in achieving sales goals.
Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage time and resources to maximize productivity.
Familiarity with sales tools and technologies, such as Hubspot, Sales Navigator and websites to retrieve prospect contacts
Willingness to travel within the United States as needed.
Spanish speaking preferred but not mandatory
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or other related fields is a plus.
