Position: Bookkeeper Netsuite
Type of Contract: Independent Contractor
Working Hours: US Business hours
Salary Range: $1.500 - 2.000 USD monthly (based on experience)

We are looking for a highly reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support our finance operations. This role is ideal for someone who is experienced, trustworthy, and highly organized, with a strong understanding of NetSuite

What you’ll do:

• Maintain accurate financial records in NetSuite , ensuring all transactions are recorded properly.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable , reconciling invoices and payments.
• Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and expense reports regularly.
• Process payroll and tax filings , ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Assist with monthly financial reporting , providing insights into cash flow and budgeting.
• Coordinate with our CPA and leadership team to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Identify discrepancies or errors and proactively correct them.

Who you are:

• Highly trustworthy and detail-oriented – integrity is key in this role.
• Experienced in bookkeeping with a strong understanding of financial reporting.
• Proficient in NetSuite – this is a must.
• Organized and reliable, with the ability to manage tasks independently.
• Strong communicator, able to clearly report financial updates to leadership.

 

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, ideally in a product-based or luxury business.
• Proficiency in NetSuite (required).
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Experience handling AP, AR, payroll, and tax filings.
• Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and financial reporting tools.

Work Hours

• 40hrs/week, weekdays.
• Mandatory to be available: 5AM – 11AM EST. Remaining hours can be flexible. 
• Subject to change depending on season.
