Salary: $89,700 - 162,150 per year Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree with at least 10 years of experience, or a Master’s Degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience. Relevant experience, certifications, and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• Specific Experience: Must have graduated from a Department of Defense or National Intelligence Agency SIGINT school. A solid background in Tactical Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) is essential. Experience with ISR platforms and direct involvement in national and strategic intelligence missions is required. Strong familiarity with the Joint Command and Department of Defense structure is also needed.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a crucial link between the NSA and the Air Force, leading the TechSIGINT revitalization efforts and fulfilling mission-critical requirements.
• Provide direction on Air Force TechSIGINT and TCPED policies, strategies, and standards.
• Spearhead operations management, developing innovative plans and initiatives to enhance the Air Force enterprise.
• Collaborate closely with 16 AF and its ISR Wings to maintain a high-performing operational environment, focusing on compliance and quality assurance.
• Advocate for operational policies, influencing key decision-making alongside leadership.
• Represent 16 AF with various organizations, building essential relationships across DoD directorates, intelligence agencies, academic institutions, and industry partners.

The Leidos pay range for this position is between $89,700.00 and $162,150.00. This range serves as a general guideline and does not guarantee specific compensation.
