We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the transition and consolidation of applications and services to a new Identity Provider (IDP) platform. This role involves overseeing data migration, decommissioning legacy services, and ensuring a seamless transition through robust validation practices.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead the migration of applications and services to a new IDP solution.
+ Manage the consolidation of applications/services, including data migration.
+ Oversee the decommissioning of legacy identity services.
+ Develop and implement validation procedures to ensure successful migrations.
Required Technical Skills:
+ Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and best practices.
+ Proficiency with Okta's Identity Engine platform and its integration capabilities.
+ Expertise in IDP protocols including SSO, SAML, OIDC, JIT, and SCIM.
+ Ability to interpret technical documentation and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Analytical Skills:
+ Strong problem-solving capabilities to address and resolve technical issues.
+ High attention to detail in gathering requirements and validating solutions.
Communication Skills:
+ Effective interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
+ Proven ability to create clear, concise technical documentation and reports.
Project Management Skills:
+ Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
+ Ability to prioritize responsibilities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications:
+ Must possess relevant certifications such as Okta Certified Administrator or Okta Certified Consultant.
