Training and Orientation:
Duration: 4 to 6 weeks behind the wheel
Orientation: $300 paid
Travel and hotel costs covered
Assigned mentor with structured route training
After Training:
Pay: Start at $0.56 CPM
Weekly Earnings: $1,300 average
Miles: 1600–2200 per week
Home Time: Every 14 days for 2 full days
Freight: 100% no touch | 50% drop and hook
Pay increases up to $0.64 CPM

No DUIs in last 5 years
Clean MVR (no major violations in 3 years)
