**IMMEDIATE MEDICAL DEVICE ASSEMBLER OPENINGS!**
**Job Description**
+ Join a dynamic team as a medical device assembler where you will play a critical role in assembling and testing medical devices.
+ This position requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work with small parts under a microscope.
**Work Schedules:**
1st shift is 6:00am-2:30pm (needs to be open to working 5:00am-3:30pm)
2nd shift start time is either 3:30pm or 3:45pm until 12:00am midnight
**Pay:**
Assembler I: $19.50 (1 year of manufacturing w/microscope) + $1.50 Shift Differential
Assembler II: $21.00 (1 year+ medical device w/microscope) + $1.50 Shift Differential
Overtime as needed before shift and Saturdays.
**Responsibilities**
+ Understand and follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.
+ Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Quality System.
+ Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to Project Engineer/Supervisor.
+ Provide hands-on job function training to coworkers as needed.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
**Essential Skills**
+ Microscope experience.
+ Small part assembly skills.
+ Strong communication skills.
+ Minimum of 6 months high-volume small part assembly experience with a microscope.
+ Ability to work with a microscope for 90% of the shift.
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in medical device assembly.
+ Cleanroom experience.
+ Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
+ Ability to work with hand tools.
+ Mechanical and electrical assembly skills.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.00/hr.
