**Job Title: Installer** **Job Description** As an Installer, you will play a crucial role in preparing and installing truck bodies and accessories. This position requires proficiency in using basic hand tools and a strong ability to read measuring tapes. You will be responsible for installing various components, including bumpers, wiring, and aftermarket products, ensuring quality and precision in every task. **Responsibilities** + Prepare the chassis for truck body installation. + Install the body onto the chassis. + Attach bumpers onto the chassis. + Install wiring and electrical units in the chassis. + Install accessories and aftermarket products. + Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results as needed. **Essential Skills** + Ability to read and interpret measuring tapes. + Good hand-eye coordination. + Proficiency in using basic hand tools like screwdrivers and pliers. + Ability to meet physical demands such as standing for long periods and lifting heavy loads up to 40 pounds. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in assembly, mechanical tasks, and installation. + Familiarity with hand and power tools. + Ability to verify specifications by measuring completed components. + Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting malfunctions. + Understanding of sales orders and traveler specifications. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy steady hours and be part of a supportive team in a role that offers opportunities to contribute significantly to the production process. **Work Environment** The work environment is centered around manufacturing and production, requiring a focus on safety due to working around moving vehicles. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carson, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
