Job Description

We are hiring an HR Assistant to join a top beauty company in Tampa, FL. This freelance position will run until the end of 2025 with potential to extend and will be hybrid onsite (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Responsibilities:

• Answer and field all types of calls that come in – provide assistance and/or direction.
• Closely partner with Payroll team as it relates to inquiries
• Field employee and HR payroll questions to properly direct them to the right resolution
• Provide One HR expertise and support to the HR community and employees
• Tuition Reimbursement processing
• Employee Verifications
• Policy Questions & Compliance and Policy Acknowledgements

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years HR/payroll and customer service experience
• Microsoft Suite experience a must
• ServiceNow experience highly preferred
• Spanish language skills highly preferred
