Handle termination paperwork and assist with exit interviews. Payroll and Benefits: Assist with payroll processing and resolve related errors. Track employee attendance and leave. Serve as a point of contact for benefit vendors and process inquiries. Employee Relations and Support: Respond to employee inquiries and resolve issues related to HR policies. Assist with employee grievances and complaints. Act as a liaison between employees and management. Reporting and Coordination: Generate reports on HR activities and performance. Coordinate HR events, meetings, and training sessions. Maintain calendars and agendas for the HR team.
