Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for our organization. The HR Assistant will be expected to build relationships with potential candidates, review resumes, and conduct interviews. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment process and the ability to identify the best candidates for our open positions.

Responsibilities:

• Sources and recruit qualified candidates for open positions
• Screen resumes and applications for relevant qualifications
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate's skills and experience
• Maintain relationships with potential candidates for future job openings
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
• Keep up to date with current recruiting methods, trends, and best practices
• Develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Assist with onboarding employees
