Job Description

You’ll welcome guests, manage their account information, and ensure they have everything they need for an exceptional stay. Bookkeeping: keep accurate records of all hotel guest account information
Work with the housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guests
Mitigate customer complaints as needed
Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card information
Answer incoming calls and questions about guests’ needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests

Qualifications:

Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations
Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills
At least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferred
High school graduate, GED recipient, or equivalent
Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems

About Company: Quality Inn New River Gorge and Elliott's Whitewater Bar and Grill are both locally owned and well-established businesses in Fayetteville, WV.
