Job Description

Talis Group’s company client is a medium-sized civil litigation defense firm located downtown in Louisville, KY. This position is full-time, onsite, and comes with a full benefits package. Our client is hiring a file clerk to support the firm with maintaining a high volume of important case files, as well as being the liaison with their IT vendor, with the occasional small help desk support to staff as needed. Pay is $20/hr. With a full benefits package such as PTO, health insurance, 401k, and more.

 
Highlighted Duties:

• Filing, processing incoming and outgoing mail, scanning mail and documents
• Running important documents to the courthouse. 
• Straightening the office and kitchen areas, keeping up with supplies.
• Maintaining conference rooms, covering the reception for breaks and lunch, and other office-related duties. 

Highlighted Requirements:

• Previous administrative or customer service background desired.
• Previous experience with help desk duties or certifications, or coursework in IT support.
• Dependable personality with good communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Professional demeanor
