Job Overview ATC Healthcare Services, New York City is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in talent acquisition within the healthcare sector, demonstrating exceptional negotiation and communication skills. This role involves sourcing, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates in various healthcare positions, ensuring alignment with our organizational needs and culture. This is a hybrid role. Compensation * $58,000 - $60,000 per year Benefits * Medical * Dental * Vision * Life Insurance * Critical Illness Insurance * Voluntary Life Insurance * Health Saving Account * 401k + employer match Responsibilities * Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for healthcare positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. * Utilize various recruitment strategies such as HR sourcing, executive recruiting, and campus recruitment to attract top talent. * Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles. * Maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic guidance on talent management. * Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Hireology for efficient tracking of candidates throughout the hiring process. * Execute cold calling strategies to engage potential candidates and generate interest in available positions. * Collaborate with HR teams on employee orientation, evaluation, and relations to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. * Stay updated on employment & labor law to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process. * Utilize social media management tools to promote job openings and enhance employer branding. * Conduct market research to identify trends in healthcare recruitment and implement best practices. Experience Candidates should possess the following skills: * A minimum of 2 years proven experience in recruiting within the healthcare industry or related fields. * Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred * Strong negotiation skills with a focus on relationship management and employee evaluation. * Experience with training & development initiatives as well as succession planning is a plus. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
