We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Remote Data Entry Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering and updating data into our systems accurately and efficiently. This is a remote, part-time or full-time position ideal for someone looking for a straightforward and flexible work-from-home opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update information into company databases and spreadsheets

  • Verify data accuracy and completeness before submitting

  • Organize digital files and ensure data is stored in the correct locations

  • Perform basic data quality checks and corrections as needed

  • Follow clear procedures and guidelines for data entry tasks

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

  • Communicate with team members via email or messaging apps as needed


Requirements


  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets)

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to type at least 35 words per minute

  • Reliable internet connection and a computer

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • No prior experience required — training will be provided
