What does a successful Data Conversion Manager do?A successful Data Conversion Manager at Fiserv ensures the seamless transition of financial data for both new and existing clients. This role emphasizes customer satisfaction by guaranteeing precise and accurate data conversion to the Fiserv system. The Data Conversion Manager drives efficiency by implementing process improvements and fosters a productive and engaged team environment.

What you will do:

• Manage and direct Conversion Analysts and Programmers to meet company and division performance goals.
• Develop and coach staff to enhance technical skills and engagement.
• Schedule and oversee conversion events to meet key dates and coordinate with other departments.
• Collaborate with product lines and implementation teams to deliver cohesive client solutions.
• Facilitate prompt resolution of technical or personnel issues impacting project success.
• Promote automation and efficiency initiatives to optimize project resources.
• Ensure thorough data review before mapping meetings and professional execution of the conversion process.
• Provide professional post-conversion support, including issue resolution and client training.

What you will need to have:

• 6+ years of experience in the financial industry
• 5+ years of experience coaching and leading individuals and teams
• 5+ years of experience in project coordination and staffing
• 6+ years of experience ensuring quality and high-level customer satisfaction
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or equivalent military experience

What would be great to have:

• 4+ years of experience with Fiserv systems
• Certifications in project management
• 7+ years of experience ensuring quality and high-level customer satisfaction
• 6+ years of experience collaborating with peers, project managers, and clients
• 6+ years of experience in meeting milestone and project target dates

Important information about this role:

• This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and lead to stronger productivity.

• This is a full-time, direct-hire position, and no contract options for unsolicited agency submissions will be considered.
