Job Description

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee educational and municipal construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing commercial construction projects (ideally education & municipal), possess excellent communication skills, and be able to motivate and lead a team. This company does ground up and TI projects ranging from $2M-$40M and this office focuses in the Las Vegas metro.

Responsibilities:

* Manage all aspects of the construction project from pre-construction through project completion
* Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of the project
* Manage project budget and ensure cost control measures are in place
* Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project timelines are met
* Maintain a safe and clean work environment
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes
* Regularly communicate with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent - education and municipal projects!
* Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Knowledge of construction safety regulations and building codes
* Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software
